Privacy, in plain terms.

Your CSV data stays on your device. Reconciliation happens inside your browser. We do not receive, inspect, or store your source files or generated reports.

Data stored locally

The current workspace, imported CSV rows, column mappings, results, and paid casefile archives are stored in your browser’s IndexedDB. A license token and its last verification result are stored in localStorage. You can remove workspace data with “Clear workspace” and remove a license from the unlock section. Clearing browser site data removes everything.

License verification

If you paste or return with a license, the app sends only that token to the Sociobot billing API at api.sociobot.in, at most once per day. CSV data and casefile contents are never sent. Sociobot/Dodo is the merchant of record for checkout and processes the information needed to complete a purchase.

Network and analytics

The app has no advertising, behavioral analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party runtime fonts/scripts. The hosting layer may retain standard security logs. The app works offline after its first successful load.

Exports and responsibility

Markdown and CSV reports redact references by default and never include mapped customer names or emails. If you turn off reference redaction, you control and are responsible for the exported file.
