Terms of use.

This is an evidence utility, not an accounting system. Verify findings against original records and use professional judgment before making financial, tax, or bookkeeping decisions.

What the product does

Payout Reconciliation Casefile compares user-supplied exports and proposes explainable links and bounded exception groups. It does not connect accounts, post journal entries, calculate tax or VAT, or guarantee that a source export is complete.

Your responsibility

You must have the right to process the files you select. You are responsible for source accuracy, backups, exported reports, and decisions made from results. Keep original exports as the authoritative evidence.

One-time analyst license

A $29 one-time purchase unlocks the features described at checkout for the licensed product. Sociobot/Dodo is the merchant of record. Checkout, receipts, refunds, and payment disputes are handled there. A refund revokes the related license automatically. Do not share or resell a license token.

Availability and warranties

The software is provided “as is,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We may update the matching method and offline app shell. To the extent permitted by law, Sociobot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass licensing, or use the product unlawfully. These terms are governed by applicable law where Sociobot operates; mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
